Welcome to the King Community.
According to your screenshot you have to waste 1 more chocolate but there is not a single chocolate on your board. In fact, the chocolate on your game board will make another new chocolate and that way you will get extra chocolates.You can't get any new chocolates because you ruined all the chocolates before the target chocolate, i.e. 10 chocolates, was made on the board.
