All Stars Semi Finals??!!??!! HELP!

I am still not able to give information and the semi finals are beginning in a few hours. Can someone please tell me what is going on?

Hello @Mishel1111 the issue is supposed to have been fixed.
Refresh the page that you are on and this should allow you to enter your details.If you can't enter your details after refreshing your page then you should post in the discussion linked by KiaraScratch that the issue has been fixed and if you are still having issues you need to contact Player Support.

Your supposed to submit info?...I haven't seen any form or anything since the quarter final ended. I saw the Congratulations your position 1 message right after the event ended and that was it. How do you contact player support?....crazy cat lad's directions don't make sense to me.

When you are in the map in upper right hand corner click on your settings button. Then select the help center. Page down and select contact us. Then select your problem. I kept selecting contest. Explain pop up isnt working in all stars contest. Then keep going out of the game then go back in and hopefully will trigger the pop up.

@RpM63 from your map screen select the settings (cog shaped) button that is normally top right of your screen
On the pop up that appears select the question mark
Select a topic from the list that appears in the next screen
I selected More About Events for this example, but you can choose any topic that you want. The topic isn't important at this stage as it is just a means of getting to the Contact Us button.
On the next screen that appears I chose My Special Event Disappeared
Finally select Contact Us
Complete the form that appears
