Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

According to your screenshot I can see that your game has connection related error. You can try to solve this problem by reinstalling the game app after uninstalling it, but uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored boosters.
