I selected under contest for my problem and kept messaging King under the contact us link. Keep trying.

The contact us link eventually works and keep going in and out of the game to trigger the pop up form.

I have submitted all of my info to King. I am still not connecting to the Semi-finals game.

There is no link to contact us. No semi-finals. It's been almost 6 hours. What is going on?

It is 6 hours from the start of the all-stars semi-finals which I have qualified. I am still not able to join the game. What can I do?

@Crazy Cat Lad When I did not receive the form, I followed your suggestion and used the "contact us" option. I received a generic, circular message telling me to join community:
Update: I tried sending another message to "contact us," and I received the same circular response. Fortunately, the event finally started for me at noon, my time. I would not have known if I hadn't been obsessively entering and exiting levels and refreshing my screen. I hope all who qualified for the semis also get to enter. Good luck to all the competitors! 🍀

I am finally playing in the semi-finals. It just started working. I emailed King direct. Got nothing from the community. I am annoyed that I got an 8hr start to the game.
