I qualified for Simi Finals in All Star Contests, but Today it's saying I Didn't qualify.

I qualified for the Simi finals in the All Stars contest. I completed the qualifying final wild card and it said I was qualified. Today when I got on to play on the simi final it's not showing I qualified. I can't access or play in the Simi finals at all. Please help me ASAP. I qualified every round so i deserve a chance to play in the Simi final. Please tell me how to fix this or how to get ahold of someone through Candy Crush Saga them self to fix this issue as soon as possible!!

@Ilana_Masad I have attempted to contact King multiple time with no response. Do not think anyone will be getting a response concerning this becouse if it comes out that players where disqualified to no fault of their own they would have to redo the Tournament and admit that they made a mistake. King is never going to do that. Unfortunately all they care about is the money they make and how they look. I'm going to try to request a copy of the sever logs today but, I doubt I will even get a response.

Yeah, they responded to me today with a long-winded form email about how the core game is very important to them and special features come and go and they're sorry the tournament disappeared but there's nothing they can do. Then they reminded me that in order to qualify for the semi finals I had to have qualified in both wildcard events, but like, I only got to participate in one wildcard event because then the tournament disappeared from the game and I now have the pumpkin collecting one instead.
King is a wildly unresponsive company and all their communications with me have always been in form emails and it's deeply frustrating. Like, the world is on fire and sometimes playing this silly game is a way for me to shut my brain off and I don't want to be getting annoyed and frustrated at it, it makes me feel stupid and like I care waaaay too much, you know?

I 100% get and understand how you feel about the game. You could not have said it any better. That is exactly how I feel about Cany Crush, and it makes me feel even sillier that I continue to play Cany Crush still. It use to calm me down and relax me now it makes me feel stupid. I still have not received a replay from King or any of the mods on this community. King's technical support has been completely useless. The mods on this communy have been community have been even more useless.
