Having a weird techinical issue...Can anyone help?

this is on a computer onfacebook...Sometimes, not all the time...when I click on Candy Crush to open it...it directs me to a facebook page for a second and then goes to the app...is this happening to anyone else? just started happening the other day. i inspected the shortcut/link and the link is right and the same/correct...but why does it direct me to an odd facebook page with a foreign name...i noticed this on one other app as well. is it just a glitch or is the app hacked and they don't know it? I haven't seen anyone else report this...just curious. any help appreciated.

Thank for the reply Kiara! Everything is up to date...it's just weird and I was wondering if anyone else experienced the same thing at all. The link is correct when I inspect it and look at the properties...but once and awhile it will still direct me to that foreign facebook page for a moment and then to candy crush. So to me...it sounds like a techinical issue on facebook or the apps end....but I was just curious.

When I'm on my facebook and i go to get on candy crush...i click on it and its takes me to a facebook page for a brief
moment, instead of the candy crush app. i checked and inspected the link and its correct...so that is why i think its something
on their end. its just weird...its a foreign facebook page...so maybe something is corrupted.
so like the link is apps.facebook.com/ candycrush or whatever and it goes to a persons facebook page...
any ideas?

King had a world wide server crash due to King launching a very untimely update. I do not beleave that this issue has been fixed nor will they admit to the sever crashes. Multiple players have had issues with their accounts like loosing progress, loosing in-game boosters, and even being unfairly disqualified from the All Star Tournament due to no fault of their own. This would probably answer your question about the technical issues you are having. King has ignored all attempts to contact them by Multiple people.

It could be...it just started happening the other day. It's just weird...
like I said...I'm on MY facebook page and on the left side where my games are listed in shortcuts...i click candy crush
and SOMETIMES it takes me to another facebook page with a foreign name, but if i click it again it will take me
to candy crush...so its definitely something on their end obviously...because I inspected the link/properties,etc...and its correct. So Idk...I was just curious with all the hacking and such that goes on.
I appreciate everyones knowledge and ideas...if anyone else wants to chime in...feel free :)

Welcome to the King Community.
It is not possible to log in to two Facebook accounts at the same time in one browser, so if you click on your Facebook game, it will not be activated in another Facebook account.
So can you tell me for sure if something like this is happening in the same browser or if you click on your game logo the game is running through another browser?

I will reiterate...
I am not logged in to 2 accounts.
I am on MY facebook page and I go to my shortcuts on the left side where the games are listed...
and i click candy crush...and it directs me to a facebook page of a foreign person for a moment, NOT the game and then it directs to just facebook.
if i click the link again, it will then take me to candy crush.
the link and shortcut are correct and not something weird...so idk why it directs me there sometimes.
any ideas?

Can you show me a screenshot of that redirected facebook page ?
I wanted to see if it was an ad, plus which browser are you using for this game?

@Sukanta_Biswas Wow, I'm sorry but did you just say that they could somehow be mistaking a redirected link as a add? They have explained twice what is wrong. How are you not understanding them?
