When I try to play it says error trying to connect to Amazon Appstore.

I have read that King Support send people here, and to be honest I do not understand that response. Everyone here is just a Candy Crush player I don't see how they are supposed to answer technical problems like this one.

I haven't been able to play since June. Was there a fix that I missed. When is a fix anticipated? Is someone working on it?

Have you tried installing the app from google play store it is amazon store that is the issue

Try your Kindle. My kindle is finally working! Yay!!! ! A new download on 10/21/21. It started back at level one but once I signed in using Facebook, I was back on the right level.
