Hi, Thanks you for your reply.
Unfortunately I had no luck trying to restore the game on facebook.
Should I try logging out of King and then back in? I'm afraid to log
out of anything now since that is how I lost my games to begin with.
Would really appreciate any help, as you can image being on approx
level 3500 I've been playing for years and would hate to give it up

It more then likely has to do with the world wide server crashes that started on October 19th due to Kings irresponsibility releasing a update during highest known server activity in like 5 years and during the middle of a country wide Tournament. Multiple people have had issues with losing game progress, losing in-game items, and being kicked from or disqualified from from the All Star Tournament due to not fault of said players. Multiple people have attempted to contact King about this issue to witch they have ignore every attempt made. The mods of this community have also been repeatedly contacted and asked to make a post about the issue to warn players, it seems those attempts of contact have also been repeatedly ignored.
