I would like you all to fix the problem on this season pass because it is not giving me my reward when i click on the#2 there isn't anything there for me to hit it is a blank so I can't get it..... It says that I have 11 hours left on it..... If would be nice to get all of them before time runs out please... Thank you
Would you do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history? And login again
So is this supposed to be correct? No boosters for Free Pass tiers 2,4,6 nor 8, only the Gold Pass ones? Either it’s a glitch, or it seems to me like King has made the Free Pass less helpful. Almost like they want more players to buy the Gold Pass - but King certainly wouldn’t do things to tempt players to part with money, so that can’t be it!
And this is what my Events screen still shows, though there are no more items to claim:
BTW, I once had a glitch such that reopening Season Pass let me claim items I’d already claimed. Instead of stockpiling infinite boosters, I let Support know, as it seemed wrong. I’m not posting this because I am greedy, I just want it to work right.
No it’s not working. I was showing 4/5 and a prize if I won one level. I did, got a message to claim. No prize there to claim again! Now, it’s showing I have to win 5 more levels! You can see on the timer 30 minutes have passed and it reset with no prize for levels 2 or 4.
