There is a temporary server error which may give various error messages and causes connection issues with your game accounts and to make purchases.
The Game Team is working on a fix and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

@李开登_4717 That is interesting. King uses C++ and java for programming Candy Crush in android. A runtime exception is normally caused by a coding error, but it can also be caused by a slow internet connection. It is Wednesday today so I would imagine your issue is linked to today's update.
