Weekly contest won’t reset or pay out prizes

My weekly contest is stuck. I am in first place but the countdown clock is at zero and has been since Sunday. Won’t reset but isn’t adding new levels passed and not paying out the prizes earned. I have logged out, back in, powered down…nothing works.

    Hello @jennkn I have suffered from this issue as well, and I have good news and bad news. The good news is that when I resolved the issue on a Tuesday all the levels I had completed were recognised by the Weekly Contest. The bad news is that I can't tell you if you will receive your rewards after it is fixed because I finished outside of the top three.

    I notice you say that you have logged out, in, and powered down. This is the wrong order and you need to sign out, restart your device and then sign back in. It is important to restart your device after signing out as the reboot process breaks any registry links.

    Once you have signed back in you will have to play a few levels before all of your events return to your game.

    Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
