I changed my password and now it's says I'm a newbie and only on level 2 but when I play the game I'm on the right level where I should be .

Hello Jodi, your community level 2 has no relation to whatever level you are at in the game.
Same as your 'newbie' status that only applies to this community, and has nothing to do with how long you have been playing your game.
