Why am I getting chargers 38 every week

this is ridiculous and not getting refunded I’ve contacted apple and my bank.

    I'm sorry this is happening to you @comar! 😟 Your decision to contact both the bank and apple is wise! I remember from a similar discussion at the community that they refund you if you have a confirmation and a password set up for all purchases and if you haven't shared your device nor any login details with anyone. You should consider to also change your password on Apple-ID.

    Hi @comar and welcome to our Community!

    If you have unauthorized purchases made with your Apple-ID, then contact Apple and your bank as you already did to check what has happened. Since all in-app purchases are made through your Apple-ID and only Apple has access to your payment details, only they can check this up.

    I would also contact the police if you suspect any fraudulent activity.
