Sams Sweet Streek problem

Yesterday I was leading my game with over 30 levels cleared. Last night it reset to 2 levels completed and I'm now in 11th place.

Why the reset?

    There may be some bug with it.

    Chocolate Box & Sam's Streak server error, main server down last week, Fantastic Five graphics glitch, Challenge a Friend not delivering its rewards. The list of features that do not work is growing every time King releases a new feature.

    It used to be that the Daily Reward would randomly reset itself to day one for a lot of players, and people also used to complain of their Candy Necklace resetting. Some people have even complained that their new Daily Treat Machine resets, or loses days.

    None of these technical issues can get answered here as the people (like me) trying to answer the questions aren't involved with King in any meaningful way.

    All you can get here is the standard sign out, restart, sign in answer. It is the equivalent of the old 'have you tried turning your PC off and on' that used to be a popular meme. That is not to say that the standard troubleshooting techniques do not work because for some issues they do, just not for every issue.

    The lack of care and attention that goes into the level releases, the amount of time for which the Chocolate Box server error has been allowed to run indicates that your issue with Sam's Streak is probably at their end especially if every other aspect of your game runs correctly. All the other historical issues indicate that they aren't likely to do anything about it.

    King can expect to get revenue as none of the issues occur to features that you pay for.

    Edit: Oh, the fact that you aren't alone in suffering from this issue is also more than likely to indicate that the issues is King's fault and not yours

    Thank you for your report and feedback , meanwhile Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

    All the stated fixes did not work. How can King expect to get revenue when basic functions do not work!
