💥 Levels 3309 and 8328 not ending when completing
I cleared everything on level 3309 with 2 moves left so I won but the game keeps playing by making bombs constantly. How do I get this to end ? I am up to over 5 million points and my battery is going low. This has been nonstop for more than ten minutes. If I quit(which I did the first time because of this) I lose and play again. I ran into this problem again. Please help

The levels 3309 and 8328 have now been updated so you should be able to pass them without getting stuck in an endless loop or ending the level by tapping the 'Tap to skip' button.
If you still are stuck on these levels, please let us know!

Level 3309 kept me lag every time I win this level this is my 3rd time beating this level, and when ever I win the game exits by itself and I have to open the game again and play the level again. What should I do

Level 3309 is a fun level and there are two types of candy in the level so the level can last a long time. Anyway can you show me a screenshot where you have completed the level?

Hello @zeeblacksmith does it crash after you finish the level? If so you can click "Tap here to skip" on the bottom of your screen. If not, do the standard troubleshooting by logging out, restarting your device, and logging back in. Then play a random level and see if the problem is still there.

Level 3309 is fun level.

Hi @Ryanthecrusher I used to appear skip but it doesn't show anymore ,😭 I lost all my lives due to the lagging of this level but thanks for your reply 😊

According to your screenshot, even if the level is complete, it will not register or you will not get the option to skip until the number of moves is 0.
In this situation the level will continue even you may have to wait a few hours until you get the skip button on the game board.

I can't get pass level 3309, I won it over and over but the game won't continue to the next level it keeps crushing, and I mean hours. I contacted tech support, they told me to take a video of it, I did and then my email wouldn't let me send it to them. So here I am again today trying to get past this level even after I have won it over and over.

Which device are you play ? When the level is complete you will find the '' Tap here to skip'' option on the game board and you can start the next level by avoiding the extra explosions.
meanwhile If dont have " Tap her to skip " Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

Hi, I have done all of those and even contacted tech support. What else can I do? IS there anyway to skip this level?
