Why doesn’t climbing tower give boosters

I think some time back with the other version off climbing tower when it started it did regulary load your winnings. It was fun because rewards were there.
But I have won and never received prizes since lots of times.
This new style tower appears to not ever allow you to win. No fun so don't play it.
You will waste a lot of time playing EVENTS this with no incentives or rewards.
There's very little lower board incentives Events that actually benefit you other than booster wheel and daily win. Lots of them take up time and energy with 0 for reward.
Whats unexplained now is when previously playing your friends gave you lives were on the leader boardetc now it's a mixture of friends, people you don't know who May not be real, and creatures.
I think this cannot work and indicates the reduced number of humans playing and that most of your friends have left and no longer play candy crush.
Even friends that you prev had on your list are no longer there and have to now be reinvited while cartoony creatures fill their places. BIZARRE

Ps Sorry I forgot to mention that to win on the climbing tower Candy crush/King has to have the CLAIM button on the screen, giving you a choice to collect winnings at any time or carry on gambling for more prizes but you risk looseing them
This CLAIM button is always missing on the new style tower, so you cannot claim therefore you keep picking and will waste time because you will eventually get the monster who removes it all unless you pay???
