It's been even longer for me that I can't access anything via King.com. I've not contacted support 8 times and all they do is send the same tired, useless form email about how "all your burning questions will be answered in these links." And NONE of the suggestions they provide fix anything. They must be doing very well to be able to discard players like that.
I have tried different platforms, devices. I've cleared cookies, history, caches...I've gone through every suggestion set forth in the FAQ. Every time I contact King.com Support, they forward a rote email with the same FAQ links no matter how many times I reply and tell them what I"ve just told you. I've gone through NINE iterations of this loop with Support now. King.com no longer works and it's not just me, apparently. I would like to know if anyone is working on a solution and if there's an ETA on it. Or should a great number of former players just give up and consign King.com games to the internet graveyard?
