Why's the photo of player profiles keep loading?

Hi there, I've personally always thought that this "problem" is actually intentional, so as not to show people's personal photos. You will notice that some people that are using the cartoon profile pictures do show.

Sometime its happen to me . Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems.ย
ย Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Hi @JustACrusherxx the problem of avatars not loading correctly had been going on for some time now. It is definitely not your internet as otherwise all of the avatars would not load, and you wouldn't be able to post in here.
It is just one of many issues at the moment for which King don't seem to have the time/expertise to resolve.

Welcome to the King Community.
In most cases this type of problem is due to loading error and is mainly responsible for this problem of slow internet. We also see in many cases the names of our friends are on the leaderboard but their avatars are not loading i.e. blank. The troubleshooting steps given by Kiara can be helpful in such cases๐
It should be temporary but let us know again if it is long lasting.
