The videos on the mobile devices are a test program from King. Random groups are selected for this. No one has an influence on this, except King. However, these groups are temporarily added or changed. You may also be able to enjoy the videos. But you cannot predict it.
There's lots of noise in the neighbourhood, candy crush people are bloody petty thieves. They steal player's gold bars and not return them even after numerous complaints and tell players to post complaints here and to post complaints there.

Hey there, but it seems like you are no longer part of an experimental test group (of guinea pigs), see here.
Some will get adverts & others won't, different people get different features; so you just have to deal with the experiment for as long as it lasts, but (try to) have fun.
Since you have already deleted (& reinstalled) the game in an effort to restore the features, you have learned the hard way that accumulated boosters/received game lives are also deleted (if playing via mobile devices); see this.
You are basically at the mercy of those tasked with maintaining the game on whether or not you get those features restored to you.
But once you make a purchase within the game, don't count on it; here's an example from another unfortunate player.
