You could always create a new email address and account and start from level 1 that way :)

It might take awhile though as they are busy.

So far nothing has happened, received 2 emails from them and neither addressed what I was needing. So I guess there is no way to get this done. Thank you for trying to help me.

I have heard from player support but no indication or real help about resetting/restarting from Level 1. Thank you for your time, I guess it cannot be done at least for me. Have a good day,
