This is very, very unhelpful. I have the same problem (all 4 challenges met, no gold bars received). I contacted Player Support as mentioned above and received a reply that basically said "we can't replace this since it wasn't a 'purchased' reward, maybe if you reboot and log back in they'll be there." No other help was offered. Completely ridiculous.

I got 20 Gold Bars, If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here,
The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
