Lost playing history and Sam's Bead Streak of 400+

I played and won a number of consecutive games yesterday. I passed 100 levels and gathered more than 400 beads and my score is completely gone. Since I paid for a package to okay these games I wanted my scores reinstated or a refund since you wiped out my progress to win awards
