Why can't I watch videos for free lives?

My boyfriend and I play side by side... he has the ability to watch videos for lives but I dont

Welcome to the King Community !
The videos on the mobile devices are a test program from King. Random groups are selected for this. Your boyfriend is one of them, but unfortunately not you. No one has an influence on this selection, except King. However, these groups are temporarily added or changed. You may also be able to enjoy the videos. But you cannot predict it.

I can't watch videos either and I think its unfair it gives people an advantage for free moves while I have to pay for extra moves... With those free extra moves I could possibly win a board.. This is just my opinion... You should have it a test run for everybody and then asked in a survey if we liked the new feature.....

I agree with you, I only suspect that there will be the problem that King does not get enough advertising contracts for all players and all games. Millions of games are played every day.

If anyone has bought boosters from my experience you will loose the function to watch adds and claim free boosters. I have to say this has really annoyed me and I feel that if you spend your money your thought less of than anyone that chooses not to buy boosters and lives. I have reached out to King support but the response I received was generic and as always says this function is not guaranteed and they can turn off at any time . What a coincidence that I’ve played the game for over 3 years and soon as I choose to buy something it’s gone.

I find out the longer you play the game than you will have the videos show.😊

Please 🙏 why can't I watch advertisement for more moves or lives?

I have Candy Crush Soda linked on my phone and tablet.. My scores and levels carried over but not the ability to watch the videos.. You would think if the game is linked together that everything would have carried over not just a part of it.. Could this be fixed or am I just Sh!t out of luck??

They have removed the ability to watch adds for free boosters .. fingers crossed they bring it back again soon
