Been playing since C/C started, 10 years ago. Had finished then waited for new levels to be released mid week. Really enjoyed it had lots of friends and relatives who also played. Most of them have given up now they find it too stressful and boring. Chocolate Box has been taken away and can't play Sweet Cinema as every single advert crashes and closes the game. Can't even get a daily win as King keep reducing moves and making certain levels impossible to pass. So far behind what I worked hard to get to. Stuck on level 10522 which has had moves reduced from 35 to 18, how ridiculous is that, half the moves others had. And I've heard there's just as bad to come. Will give it another few weeks see what happens then decide if its going to be farewell King and Candy Crush.

Hi, thank you really appreciate your reply. Watched the video and the lucky person playing managed to get a coloured bomb after watching an advert. I'm just so fed up that for weeks every advert I open just crashes my game, can't move forward at all. I have everything up to date and I constantly clear cache, close and re-open the game. It's just not fun at the moment. But thanks again I'm sure I'll feel better when things start working properly.

As you progress further, or, rather, if you can still be bothered trying to progress further, you will discover that more and more things don't work properly.
Apart from the little pop ups asking you to pay for boosters. They are everywhere and they work perfectly.
Certainly, there is little joy to be found in enquiring why the levels cannot be passed- the designers simply don't care.
