Countdown Calendar and Tree

Hope this is not a duplicate, haven’t seen it in FAQ or search.
Nov 30 I had a tree climbing event and when I failed to keep climbing it said I could try again in 24 hrs… but even by Dec 2 it never came back.
I see ads for the countdown calendar but never received the event at all.
I am up to date on mobile software and CCS app
Is it my account, or server related? What can I do to be able to participate?

Bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.
