Hi and Welcome to the King Community
I Play several time level 10172, use one lollipop. try to play from bottom to shuffle the candies and make special candy. Use more striped candy or play near to ingredients to move them and take them out from the board. Please check this video hope give some Tips

Game Studio is always trying to make the levels more challenging and that's why we find occasional changes in the levels.This level is challenging and you can complete the level without using booster but it is not possible to say how many times you need to try to pass this level without booster.😂
Anyway let me know if you are still stuck on the level then I will try to give some tips about the level.
