Game keeps abruptly closing when I’m about to beat a level

The game keeps closing and any “treats” I used during almost beating that level are forfeited. What is going on?? I have the most recent update. It’s almost like it’s happening on purpose.

Also, I am NOT a newbie, I’m on level 10,532 but for whatever reason my email address no longer works to sign into my account. It forces me to sign in with Apple. So I had to create another account just so I could ask a freaking question. I can’t ask friends for lives. A lot of the features don’t work for me ever since it forced me to sign in with Apple.

Hello @Helleygood . That happened to me when i have been long playing non stop my game.. maybe your phone a bit burnt out and used continuously for the day, i suggest you take a few pause.. please notify us here if it worked. Goodluck!
