Are all levels made more difficult

I am current on level 5926 - Game has 30 moves and 143 jelly to clear , however was watching few videos and they had only 79 jelly to clear ..
I check other levels as well and found similar changes and more difficult ...Please let me know if any one else also has the same issue

Yes they costantly tweak levels in order to generate booster sales it is how they are so profitable!
