I've lost all my levels that I've completed up to level 600. What can I do? I need this fixes asap. Any ideas?

Do you appear slightly further down the saga or is it loading you back on level 1?

Did you get your levels back in the end or did you just give up?

I've lost all of my levels. I followed some the instructions to sign back into my King account, which I've done, but have not received my progress back.
