Not getting the lives and boosters earned
I’m using the game app, when I earn boosters or game time it’s not showing up. I just earned an hour worth of play but didn’t get it. This happens all the time. Also, if I have numerous boosters, when I use one, they all disappear. I’m afraid to purchase anything because of this. What is going on?

Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Thanks for your response.
I have cleared cache and logged out, but now I can't log back in. Tells me my email or password is wrong, yet I just logged into this site. It's crazy, lol.
