Password reset link does nothing

I am unable to reset my Candy Crush account password.

I am able to receive a password reset email, the 'forgot password' dialog box appears, I enter my new password, hit confirm but nothing happens.

I return to Candy Crush and enter the new password I 'set' but it hasn't updated.

I solved it. Thankfully my password manager has password histories, so I was able to locate my old password. I managed to log in and reset my password from there.

Hi there, are you able to open the email link on another device or different browser? Sometimes this solves the problem :)
