I’m having difficulties with my login. And I am unable to sync my iPad with my iPhone. I’ve been trying for the last few days trying to sync my two Apple devices.

I have been playing on these two devices for over three years. Neither are new, and when I try the steps that you posted the games won’t respond

Try saving your game on one device with facebook or King Account then you can use any device anywhere and by the same account you can recover your progress.
