Why can't find gold bars chocolate box not received

We're sorry for your inconvenience, but you need to contact our Player Support Team here, as there are no deals in our community on such issues. You can contact our Player Support via the Help Center option from the Game Settings menu.
Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features (Chocolate Box) might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

Hello nipapipa gold bars are quite rare in the game. You can get them from the Fast Race, the gold chocolate box, or the Gold Rush.
You can get gold bars here in the community, but only by entering contests.
As noted by Kiara not everyone gets the chocolate box in their game. If you haven't got the chocolate box at the moment there is nothing you can do to force it to appear all you can do is wait and hope that you get it sometime in the future.
