I lost all my boosters and all my mail with all my extra lives?

Hi and welcome to the King Community
Boosters and Lives are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

Lives can be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.

Hi Tess92, Thank you for the welcome, I'm not bothered about my lives only the boosters I've lost🙁My Candy Crush won't connect to the app store either for some reason so I was un able to get my rewards for my scrolls, I feel like just deleting my account after all this time...

I have been storing them because I've been doing the levels without using them, I've some serious surgery coming up so was intending on using them in my recovery. I am still connected to my profile on Candy and I don't share my profile or phone. I haven't deleted the booster data and wouldn't know how to do that to be honest..
I have tried logging out and back in and it still wont connect to the app store, the timer thingy just turns around..
