How do I transfer my saved progress from my old Facebook account to my new one?

I needed to deactivate my Facebook account that had my saved progress. I opened a new Facebook account and need to transfer my progress to the new Facebook account. How do I do this?

Trying to save my account from facebook to King... I can login to King from facebook however, I am unable to do some from browser as it tells me not correct password/email.
