I can’t restore my game

I have submitted loads of support requests through the advised channels ‘problem with my game’ and I’ve got no response. I was around level 11200 or so I’m not exactly sure but there were about 60 visible levels left and my game has restarted at 951 for no reason. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and signing in again with my account but it’s not working so I followed the request to restore via the support request in the game and I’m getting no reply. How do I get a response?
