Chocolate box not working

Before mine completely froze, I noticed a few days before when I completed and then started a new chocolate box that it would be a high grade one with gold bars, then later on when I logged on same day the reward had changed to easy reward, except the but the tasks didnt and were very hard for such a basic reward..

Getting worse now can not scroll down to friends list to give them lives, nor scroll down to friends that have given me lives, and also scroll down events page, so can not even see chocolate box now.
