Was it your intention to stop the ability of scrolling through menu's?

Everytime I play on my laptop now, I have to update, and then I don’t get any events to play. Now you stopped the ability to scroll through the menu, your really ruining this game for everyone, please fix all the issues we are having. Thank you

Playing on my desktop PC and in the past two days I have not been able to scroll through the Events and cannot purchase any longer--just sits and spins with an error message 'unable to contact' or 'no money was removed' which I don't understand as I've always been able to purchase. I never had any issues until we were forced to start playing CC at the King.com website. Extremely frustrating! I may look for another game although I hate to do so as I've been playing CC for about 5 years now.

Having to click and drag within the events-menu and the lives-menu isn't very convenient @Sukanta_Biswas. Was this on purpose? Can this get sorted please? I think everyone would prefer to scroll using the mousewheel (like we always used to). Thanks in advance.

I also like to scrolling the game map with the mouse wheel, and of course the game map can be scrolling faster with mouse wheel😊However, I will share your views with my team, but new ideas and votes may be more helpful HERE than the report.

You're missing my point here @Sukanta_Biswas. I was asking if this was a deliberate change (having to click and drag), and if so, to turn it back the way it was (using the mousewheel to scroll). Please???

I really do feel you've misunderstood my message @Sukanta_Biswas. Please don't ignore this. I'm working at an elementary school, if I would ask the kids, what would you prefer, "scrolling" or "clicking and dragging", what do you think they would say? And again, this is NOT an idea. We used to be able to scroll (with the mousewheel), so why isn't this possible anymore? Please don't say it's another test. You will be getting more and more people frustrated with all these issues going on in the game lately. Like it's getting worse and worse.

Click and drag does not work. Scrolling with the mouse wheel (for profile, events, and other drop-down menus) has worked in this game on the PC for the 7 years I have been playing it. It suddenly stopped working on the update 3 - 4 weeks ago.
