Lovel 8407 doesn’t have enough moves to pass. It only has 23 moves and that isn’t enough to bring all keys down.
what is being done about it?

Yes Level 8407 has 23 moves. try to play from middle part of the board and make special candy. Use more striped candy or play near to ingredients to move them and take them out from the board . Please check this video, hope give some Tips

Thank you kiara_wael. However, you are wrong it is impossible to do this in 23 moves. After playing 15 rounds I decided that if I wanted to pass this level I had to use a mega booster. I used the party blaster and passed. This is unacceptable and is equal to distortion from King. In January, a king representative said that they were aware of this issue. At this point I feel that King and it’s programmers owe me and many others compensation for the booster and lives we lost playing multiple rounds…on a level that can’t be passed. This feels a lot like distortion. One has to wonder what the BBB would say about Kings deceitful behavior.
I’m exceptionally angry and I will be in contact with the agencies that handle this type of extortion for monetary gain.

This is still an issue! There is no way to solve this level with the amount of moves given. By the time all the keys are unlocked there are only 4 moves left, and it takes more than that for the last key to travel down there
