Level 3
This is now 3 days of the game not loading and coming up with an error message.
It starts loading, then stops and I get the error message.
I've tried everything that I can think of to try and fix this, but I'm not getting anywhere.
It's happening on my home pc which is running Windows 10.
I'm uploading a screen shot so that you can see exactly what's happening.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
It's okay now I think.
I went into my PC settings and reset the app and so far it seems to have done the trick. 🙂
Please try to download the windows app of Candy Crush.
Instead of playing on a web browser through facebook, playing with the windows app will be successful.
In window 10 when this happens you have to restore the app, sometimes it happens to me too 😆
I too have been having trouble playing through Facebook on any browser, windows, google, firefox. My game loads, but if I have gold bars, it says contacting the store and keeps spinning. So I went to play through browser to King.com. As of March 31st, they are removing candy crush saga from their website. Can get it through Google Play, Amazon, Apple app store and Microsoft. All but Microsoft are for mobile device only. Microsoft you have to purchase game play for at least $9.99 per month. Such b.s. I am ready to quit playing, which I hate, been playing for years. But it is no longer fun. Along with changing # of moves after a level is out a month or two, it is ridiculous

No. You can download the app from Microsoft Store free of charge.
I have the PC app(Windows) and I pay 0 dollars.
They provide the game free of charge.
