Alphabetty will not load for over a week now.

Alphabetty opens the loading page and the explanations appear and the loading bar but it wont go further than the smallest margin.

    Did you clear cache and have you done a restart?

    Are you using Google Chrome?

    Have you tried on www.king.com?

    I have had the same problem and have done all of the above. Have tried in Safari and Chrome and on three different computers but Alphabetty hasn't loaded for over a week. It does exactly as Georgina has described.

    I have cleared the cache and don a restart using IE not chrome

    It´s up to you Georgina, but I´d defo recommend you Google Chrome https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/

    All their games are Flash based and Google Chrome automatically comes with the latest version of Flash.

    I switched computers to a chrome server and nope still no go!!!!!!!

    I have had the same problems. First I assumed it was because I started using a new computer with Windows 10 and a 4K display but it is odd the other games work just fine but not Alphabetty. The game acts like it is loaded but there is basically a blank blue screen after the Send Lives screen is complete. I am using Chrome and have done all the previous instructions to fix this problem with no luck so far.

    I have also the same problem. I have tried chrome and it does NOT load....I have tried 3 different computers as well as 3 different browsers. please do more than suggest we use chrome...this is not a fix or a solution as it does not solve the problem that many people have. also trying to play at king does not load either!

    I have tried everything too! Where are you King? And why aren't you fixing this?
