I think Toffee Turtle should be English...A bowler hat to compliment his look. He can be a charming character that provides boosters to rescue players on hard levels and escort Tiffy through her adventures. He is gallant and rewards players by removing barriers. Allister is his name and toffee is his game~

Turffee will help Yeti and Tiffi while providing sweet/wise knowledge and also help players to break the hard blocks (just like its outer turtle cover) with its cane just in one stroke or by forming wrapped candy (like stripped brush)

Jim Dandy , a toffee turtle , with a hard shell of candy, he melts your heart b/c heās so sweet and nimble on his feet.
J. Dandy is born to boogie. Give him some peppermint and he starts to move. Give him some frosting and heās in a groove. When heās in chocolate he stands tall and taps , with a candy cane and ā Kingā ball cap.
J. Dandy loves to travel. He heard about Candy Crush and to visit the land of Relax and with games filled with candy and game playing fun.
No one knows where he came from but heās taken up residence in KingLand because he like the way it was run.
J. Dandy has a home in Turtle Cluster where tortoises dance and play Candy Crush ā¦all day
