Level 700 - cherry stuck

i have closed and force stopped the app and also restarted my phone AND deleted and reinstalled the app and level 700 is still not working for me either.

Started playing this game agin a few weeks ago and noticed that level 700 can not be beaten. The board is broke or is missing items that allow the ingredients to pass down the left side.

This is being confirmed across the discussion boards and youtube.
