When I try to make a purchase, it says "no money was removed from your account".
When I try to make a purchase, it says "no money was removed from your account". I am playing in Facebook. It used to connect to Paypal to make my purchases but it's not working now. I tried logging out and in again on Facebook but that did't help. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks!

Please try to clear the cache/ history of your browser. Also see that your device date and time is correct. If the problem still persists, you need to contact player support directly from the settings of your game application. You may also use the below link to contact player support.

Try to sign in and out of your account, and if possible, try downloading the app after connecting your Facebook progress to a King account :)
