Hello, are you playing on Facebook? Many players are having issues on this platform. Try downloading the app from the App Store and play on there instead :)

May be u try to update the game. Or try to log out, clear cache, reboot your device then log in again.

Me either Sharyn, cleared cache, logged out, loaded the Candy Crush app on windows and still cannot move the candy, I see the cursor, does bonuses but still will not play game.
