Every time I beat Level 1167 it freezes and I have to start again.

Hi, there is a game update this last night. May be u try to update the apps see if it can fix your issue. Otherwise email to the help center together with the screen recording. Hopefully they will help u as soon as possible. But need to be very very patient as they are quite lame.

My 3 issues pending for weeks and not resolve yet.We as a player have no choice but to wait and see only.😂

Try turning off your device for a few seconds and then turning it back on, sometimes after an update this can happen. Also, try not to click "tap here to skip" at the bottom.
