Did your levels carry over? Unfortunately boosters are tied to a devices memory, but your gold bars and levels should carry over.
My levels are still there, and every time I try to access help, it says it cannot connect. Sometimes it says “It’s us, not you. Try back later. “

I’ve checked for updates, I’ve killed the app, restarted my phone, opened game and logged in. This started when I tried to change my email address.
