Game not connected, You can check out some troubleshooting below. Check app update > Log out game > Restart device > Open game and Log in.

I am not on a phone I am using a laptop.
I can log in, and I can get to the start but there is a window with VAULT CHALLENGE which will neither close down or allow me to PLAY NOW so I cannot move on.
I have cleared cache / cookies.
Instead of emailing me generic responses why are you not working on a solution?

This happened to me, but on my phone and I had to literally go up in my far right corner where the line of the three dots are, like where history, downloads, bookmarks, and new tabs are located. Lol well there's a thing called desktop site and I had to go there because I didn't know that something that had popped up before the vault challenge game was behind it so I couldn't click the X/exit button because it's supposedly frozen until you press the first thing that had popped up beforehand which was my spinning wheel ๐ก booster game. The one that you gotta wait 24 hours for and it gives you prizes and you have to press STOP ๐ LOL ANYWAYS I HOPE ITS SOMETHING THAT SIMPLE, AT FIRST IT WASN'T, AND I WAS FUSTERSTERD because I had tried everything. Anyways the desktop site made my screen smaller so I can see everything then it worked. You might have to exited out of the whole laptop screen and reset/restart and hopefully it puts everything back to it's normal state before you get back on. P.S YOU GOT THIS otherwise the only support I get is from our community the customer support team needs New Management lmbo, there no help... Only once in a while..

Hi thanks for the reply ;) the thing hiding behind the pop up box that I cant shift are hidden too far behind it, there is nothing I can click on. I AM able to see there are other things behind the annoying bos but I cant access them to close them, even if I make the game tiny, or really enlarge it, nothing works, but I am really pleased someone has bothered to even reply xx

Yes I did try that, but I dont know how to log in to FB on another browser as it asks for details that this browers does not ask for lol......I have decided to leave it alone, I would hate to lose my fb access because King *. Thanks anyway.

I discovered that if you click the box hidden behind the one that will not close, you have like a nanometer worth of room, that will close then click the bo behind, that comes to the front then click the x to close, then the one which never closed before will close by clicking on the x....what an absolute farce candy crush has become this last few months.
