Alternatively if you are seeing the message "Connection Error" then please check the discussion linked below. Please note there is currently no fix for this error other than deleting and reinstalling your app. This 'fix' will delete all of your boosters.
Hi Lindark, thank you for your suggestion...I have done a few things that were suggested in FAQ. I have cleared cache, signed out and back in and restarted my phone as I am playing on my Samsung mobile. This has helped fix it temporarily after several tries but everytime I stop and restart play after a few hours it happens all over again..it's so frustrating. I now check before I start to play as I can tell when I click my gold bars, the store or try to purchase boosters and the circle pops up and just keeps buffering. I shouldn't have to trouble shoot everytime I want to play as it is time consuming and takes away from my game time. So if my app is not connected could you please tell me how I might be able to fix that? And why is it happening? Lol sorry for long rant ππ
