@kiara_wael Why do so many Candy Moderators always give the same scripted answer. There are quite a number of us who are getting the same error message. Instead of giving the scripted answer, do any of you actually have access to King to find out if there is a problem with one or more of their servers?
@Alienscar We are back up and running.
I meant no disrespect in my post to @kiara_wael. It's just that I expect a moderator to have knowledge from King that we ordinary players don't. I've heard just too many times to reboot, or to delete and reinstall, or to update the version. We know all that. What would be nice to know is that someone who works for King can definitively tell us if there is indeed a problem, with perhaps an estimate of when it will be fixed.
Perhaps a Candy Moderator is just a title, but has no affiliation with King?
Thanks for listening.

To be fair to the Moderators some of the posts that they have to deal with don't contain a lot of information on which to base a good answer. That said I tend to agree with you about the 'scripted' responses. Nowadays no one has poor internet and 4G/5G is good enough to stand in for the internet. It should be obvious to anyone that when a pop-up message is received the user can't be at fault.
As for affiliation to King that is a bit more complicated. The only people that work for King on this forum are the Community Managers, but I am not sure how much information working for King actually provides them.
The Moderators are all volunteers and have no direct affiliation to King. From what I understand it is the Managers job to keep the Moderators abreast of any/all known issues at King via regular meetings. The Moderators also have their own private forum where I guess they are supposed to discuss and keep up to date with all the issues at King.
